Uniform Discount Offer

Eligibility
  • This offer is available only to active adult volunteers in Middlesex West County
  • Eligibility may be verified before order processing
Discount
  • A £5 discount applies once per adult volunteer, per order
Orders & invoicing
  • All orders must be submitted via the official County order form
  • Orders will be processed centrally by County
  • A single invoice will be issued per unit/level following order processing
Payment
  • Payment must be made by bank transfer to County
  • Orders will only be released once full payment has been received
Collection
  • Items will be available for collection at scheduled pick-up sessions
  • Collection dates and locations will be communicated in advance
  • No postal delivery is included unless agreed in advance
Returns/sizing
  • Incorrect sizing may be returned and re-ordered via County
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and processing times
General
  • The offer is valid until July 2027
  • County reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time
  • Submission of an order confirms acceptance of these terms

County Day Feedback Survey Prize Draw

Eligibility
  • Entry is open to volunteers who attended Middlesex West County Day 2026
  • To enter, volunteers must complete the County Day Feedback Survey and submit their entry through the Microsoft Forms link provided at the end of the survey
  • One entry per volunteer
Closing date
  • The closing date for entries is Sunday 1 November 2026
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted
Prize
  • One winner will be selected at random
  • The winner will receive a Girlguiding hat of their choosing from the Bennie, Bucket, Bobble or Baseball hat currently on sale from Girlguiding UK trading.
  • There is no cash alternative to the prize
Winner
  • The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided when entering the prize draw
  • The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date
  • The winner will have 28 days to respond and accept the prize
  • If the winner does not respond within 28 days, County reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random
General
  • Entry into the prize draw confirms acceptance of these terms
  • The prize draw is organised by Girlguiding Middlesex West County
  • County reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary
