Following a period of change\, the theme of this year’s County Day is From Growth to Glow\, focusing on the brighter days ahead and celebrating the resilience\, positivity and adaptability of our county. A wide variety of workshops will be available throughout the day\, including section-specific training\, finance\, inclusion and adventure. We are also pleased to be offering dedicated sessions for Young Leaders\, as well as training for adults supporting Young Leaders. Members of the County Team will be available throughout the day to offer advice and support\, alongside a dedicated Guiding Connect session. DBS ID Verifiers will also be on hand to complete new DBS checks and renewals. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Register Here\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Registration closes on the 18 September. \n \n \n \n On the day \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n There will be three workshop sessions throughout the day\, giving you the opportunity to choose from a range of topics including: Moments for me (Wellbeing Session)Step into AdventureInvolving every young member Air & Share for each section Growing as a Young LeaderSupporting Young Leaders to ShineMaking Every Penny Count (Gift Aid)Growing yours/ours Social Media  Managing Risk in GuidingGuiding Connect (Networking with advisors & coordinators) \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Refreshments will be available throughout the day\, and lunch is included for all attendees. County Day is one of the collection points for pre-orders placed from July onwards.
