DESCRIPTION:Join us for a campfire for all the Rangers and Young Leaders from across Middlesex West.\nWe are running a campfire for all the Rangers and Young Leaders across the county at Willow Tree from 6-9pm on Saturday 1st November 2025. \nThere will be lots of singing\, campfire treats and more! \nThe details are as follows:\nDate: Saturday 1st November 2025\nTimes: 6pm – 9pm\nWhere: Willow Tree Centre\, Breakspear Road North\, Harefield\, Middlesex\, UB9 6LZ\nCost: N/A\nTransport: Transport to and from the campsite is not included\, parents are to arrange drop off and pick up.\nInformation: Final details will be sent out once the sign up has closed\, but if you have questions about any of the above in the meantime\, please do not hesitate to contact me. \nRangers\nWe are encouraging Ranger units to attend as a unit with their leaders as it will also be a great event to socialise with other Ranger leaders and volunteers. SUMMARY:Ranger and Young Leader Winter Weekend and Activity Day 2026
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an action-packed event in February 2026\, at Paccar Scout Camp exclusively for Ranger and Young Leaders.\nWe are offering two options for taking part in the event at Paccar Scout Camp (Denham Lane\, Chalfont St Peter\, Bucks\, SL9 0QJ): \nActivity Day\nJoin us just for Saturday 21st February and take part in some onsite adventurous activities at Paccar. \nCost:\nActivity Day Only\, £20 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers all activities and lunch. \nA non-refundable payment of £20 is required by 02/11/2025 to reserve your space. \nFull Weekend\nEnjoy the full weekend away from the 20th – 22nd February 2026 staying in the indoor accommodation with additional activities on the Friday night and Sunday morning including completing the Stage 5 Explore Skillsbuilder\, crafts\, games\, and a campfire. \nThere are limited spaces to stay the whole weekend\, please sign up as soon as possible if you would like one of these spaces. \nCost:\nFull Weekend\, £70 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers accommodation\, food\, and all activities \nDeposit: A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required by 02/11/2025 to reserve your space.Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of £35 must be paid by 16/01/2026. \nAdditional Information \nTransport: \nTransport to and from the campsite is not included\, parents are to arrange drop off and pick up. \nGirlguiding is for all\, and we do not want anyone to miss out due to financial reasons.
