Join us for an action-packed event in February 2026, at Paccar Scout Camp exclusively for Ranger and Young Leaders.
We are offering two options for taking part in the event at Paccar Scout Camp (Denham Lane, Chalfont St Peter, Bucks, SL9 0QJ):
Activity Day
Join us just for Saturday 21st February and take part in some onsite adventurous activities at Paccar.
Cost:
Activity Day Only, £20 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers all activities and lunch.
A non-refundable payment of £20 is required by 02/11/2025 to reserve your space.
Full Weekend
Enjoy the full weekend away from the 20th – 22nd February 2026 staying in the indoor accommodation with additional activities on the Friday night and Sunday morning including completing the Stage 5 Explore Skillsbuilder, crafts, games, and a campfire.
There are limited spaces to stay the whole weekend, please sign up as soon as possible if you would like one of these spaces.
Cost:
Full Weekend, £70 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers accommodation, food, and all activities
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required by 02/11/2025 to reserve your space.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of £35 must be paid by 16/01/2026.
Additional Information
Transport:
Transport to and from the campsite is not included, parents are to arrange drop off and pick up.
Girlguiding is for all, and we do not want anyone to miss out due to financial reasons. If your daughter would like to attend but you have concerns over finances, please contact us in confidence to discuss financial support/payment plans.
Sign Up
To sign up, please complete the corresponding sign up form linked below and make the required payment by 5/11/2022. Places on the weekend/activity day will not be secured until the form is complete, and we have received the required payment.

Pricing Terms & Conditions
Full weekend bookings: We require a minimum of 18 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met your deposit will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your place after 02/11/2025 the following amount will be charged, payable within 14 days of the cancellation date:
- Prior to 16/01/26 – deposit non-refundable.
- After 16/01/26 – full balance to be paid.
Activity day bookings: We require a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your place after 02/11/2025 no refund will be offered.
