SUMMARY:Ranger and Young Leader Summer Camp 2026
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a festival themed camp in June 2026\, at Willow Tree exclusively for Rangers and Young Leaders.We are offering two options for taking part: Join us on Saturday 27th June for an afternoon of activities\, a bbq and campfire.Enjoy the full weekend away from the 26th – 28th June 2026 for a festival themed camp with activities from the Friday night to Sunday morning including outdoor activities\, crafts\, wide games\, and a campfire.The details are as follows: Date:      Activity Day Only – Saturday 27th June 2026     Full Weekend – Friday 26th June – Sunday 28th June 2026 Where: Willow Tree Centre\, Breakspear Road North\, Harefield\, Middlesex\, UB9 6LZ Cost:Saturday Only £10 per Ranger/Young Leader A non-refundable payment of £10 is required by 17/05/2026 to reserve your space.Full Weekend £55 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers campsite fees\, food\, and all activities Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required by 17/05/26 to reserve your space.Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of £20 must be paid by 31/05/2026.Girlguiding is for all\, and we do not want anyone to miss out due to financial reasons. If your daughter would like to attend but you have concerns over finances\, please contact us in confidence to discuss financial support/payment plans.  Pricing Terms & Conditions  Full weekend bookings: We require a minimum of 16 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met your deposit will be refunded to you.  If you cancel your place after 17/05/2026 the following amount will be charged\, payable within 14 days of the cancellation date:  Prior to 31/05/26 – deposit non-refundable. After 31/05/26 – full balance to be paid.Day bookings: We require a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your place after 17/05/2026 no refund will be offered.
