DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to open registration for this year’s County Day\, taking place on Saturday 3 October from 9am until 4pm at Harrow Baptist Church Hall.We are excited to bring everyone together for a fun day of learning\, sharing ideas and building connections. Following a period of change\, the theme of this year’s County Day is From Growth to Glow\, focusing on the brighter days ahead and celebrating the resilience\, positivity and adaptability of our county. A wide variety of workshops will be available throughout the day\, including section-specific training\, finance\, inclusion and adventure. We are also pleased to be offering dedicated sessions for Young Leaders\, as well as training for adults supporting Young Leaders. Members of the County Team will be available throughout the day to offer advice and support\, alongside a dedicated Guiding Connect session. Please use the sign-up form to let us know of any dietary requirements so that we can cater for your needs. 								\n				\n					\n		\n				\n			\n						\n				\n																														\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									Harrow Baptist Church is easily accessible by public transport. Accessible parking is available on site\, and the St Ann’s Shopping Centre car park is located within a five-minute walk of the venue. Travel and parking costs can be reclaimed through your unit. 								\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n																														\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									We recently announced that we are offering £5 off new uniform items for all county volunteers. County Day is one of the collection points for pre-orders placed from July onwards. We will also have a selection of new uniform items available to try on during the event\, and volunteers will be able to place orders on the day. 								\n				\n					\n		\n				\n			\n						\n				\n																														\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									Our Volunteer Shop will be available for pre-orders\, with full details being shared in September. There will also be a selection of badges available to purchase\, with proceeds supporting Willow Tree.
